Year in Review: 2025
As the year comes to a close, GBMC Communities reflects on a period defined by major milestones, strong sales momentum, and continued growth across the Central Texas region. From the successful completion of a flagship community to the acquisition of new development opportunities, 2025 marked an important step forward in the company’s mission to deliver thoughtfully designed, attainable condominium living.
The most significant achievement of the year was the completion of Dovetail Condominiums. From groundbreaking to completion, the community was delivered in an efficient 15-month construction cycle—an accomplishment made possible through close coordination between the development, construction, and design teams. Dovetail also established itself as the fastest-selling condominium community in New Braunfels, with more than 70 percent of the homes sold during the presale phase. This strong demand reinforced the need for well-located, attainable ownership opportunities in the market.
Beyond the success of Dovetail, GBMC continued to expand its development pipeline. During the year, the company placed two additional parcels of land under contract within the New Braunfels city limits. These sites will be home to future mixed-use and multifamily communities, further supporting the city’s growth while introducing new housing options designed around walkability, connectivity, and modern living.
Together, these two parcels represent more than 10 acres of land slated for future development, positioning GBMC for continued momentum in the years ahead. As planning and design work progresses, the company remains focused on delivering quality communities that address the region’s evolving housing needs.
