Dovetail Receives Certificate of Occupancy

Dovetail has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy, marking the final milestone in the construction process and signaling that the community is ready for residents to begin moving in.

The Certificate of Occupancy confirms that the buildings and all major systems have met the required safety, building, and municipal standards. With this approval now in place, Dovetail transitions from construction to occupancy, as homeowners prepare to take possession of their residences and the community begins its next chapter.

This achievement follows the project’s recent Substantial Completion and represents the culmination of extensive planning, coordination, and craftsmanship across both residential buildings and the shared amenity spaces.
