Dovetail: July Construction Update

Construction at Dovetail continues to move forward with steady progress across both the East and West buildings. Work is currently underway in the East building on the installation of countertops and backsplashes, as well as the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trim-outs. These final-stage trades signal that interior finish work is advancing and units are moving closer to completion.

Since June, several key milestones have also been achieved. Cabinet installations have been completed in the East building, along with the bathroom tile work. On the West building, the board and batten siding has been installed, drywall has been fully textured, and the gypsum concrete pour has been completed. In addition, the pool shell is now finished, marking a major step forward for the community’s outdoor amenity area.

With these major components complete and interior finishes progressing, our team continues to build momentum toward the next phases of construction.
