Dovetail: November Construction Update

November marked a major milestone for Dovetail, as the community officially achieved Substantial Completion. This important step signifies that construction is largely finished and the buildings, units, and amenities are functionally complete, with only final inspections and minor close-out items remaining.

Reaching Substantial Completion reflects months of coordinated work across both buildings and the shared amenity spaces. Interior finishes, exterior elements, and community features have all come together to create the finished environment envisioned for Dovetail.

With this milestone now in place, the team’s focus shifts to the next and final step: obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Once issued, the Certificate of Occupancy will confirm that the community meets all required building and safety standards and is ready for residents to begin moving in.
