Dovetail: October Construction Update

October marked an important phase at Dovetail as the project moved into inspections, finishing touches, and visible enhancements to the community’s outdoor spaces.

In the East building, a series of key walkthroughs and inspections took place. Engineers and architects conducted detailed site visits to review the completed work, while third-party inspections were performed to ensure systems and finishes met all required standards. These milestones represent critical steps as the building approaches final readiness.

The West building also continued to progress with both interior and exterior improvements. Exterior staircases were installed, helping complete the building’s access points and architectural details. Inside, painting advanced throughout the units and common areas, while crews addressed interior punch-list items to refine and finalize each space.

Across the amenity areas, the community began to take on its finished character. Landscaping was installed, bringing greenery and softness to the outdoor environment. The outdoor kitchen was put in place, along with steel planters and the distinctive silo features that help define Dovetail’s unique design. Fencing was also completed, further shaping the amenity spaces and enhancing the overall site layout.

With inspections underway and amenity features coming together, Dovetail continues to move confidently toward the final stages of construction.
