Dovetail: September Construction Update

Construction at Dovetail continued to advance throughout September, with crews focusing on final finishes and site improvements across the community.

In the East building, interior spaces are taking on their finished appearance as painting progresses throughout the units and corridors. Final trim work is also being completed, adding the last details to doors, baseboards, and interior accents. On the exterior, lighting fixtures are being installed, enhancing both the look and functionality of the building as the project moves closer to completion.

Over in the West building, teams are working through interior punch-list items, addressing the final adjustments and quality checks inside the units and common areas. Balcony handrails are also being installed, adding both safety features and the finishing touches to the building’s exterior.

Significant progress is also visible within the community’s amenity spaces. Concrete work around the amenity areas and pool decking is underway, while the pool wall is being constructed. Perimeter fencing is also being installed, helping define the outdoor spaces and bringing the overall site plan into clearer focus.

With these finishing stages in motion across both buildings and the shared amenities, Dovetail continues its steady progress toward completion.
