Dovetail: August Construction Update

August brought continued forward momentum at Dovetail, with several key interior finishes now complete. Appliance installations have been finalized in multiple units, marking an important step toward move-in readiness. Stair flooring has also been completed, along with the installation of handrails, giving the common areas a more finished and polished look. In addition, tile work throughout the building has been wrapped up, further advancing the overall interior completion.

Work is also progressing steadily on several exterior and site improvements. Crews are currently constructing the walkways that will connect the buildings and amenity spaces, while activity continues around the amenity area and pool decking. Installation of the metal siding is also underway, bringing the exterior design closer to its final architectural vision.

With these interior and exterior milestones taking shape, Dovetail continues to move closer to completion while the team focuses on the final phases of construction.
