Dovetail: May Construction Update

Since April, our construction team has continued to make significant strides at Dovetail, moving steadily toward project completion. We’re excited to share that several key milestones have been completed in recent months. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins are now finished on both the East and West buildings. Insulation and drywall hanging have been completed in the East building, and metal roofing installation is now finalized across both structures. In addition, electrical meters have been successfully installed on-site.

Current work is focused on exterior finishes and interior detail. Stone preparation and application are actively underway on both buildings, while siding installation is progressing concurrently. Inside the East building, our team is completing the tape, float, and texture phases of drywall—setting the stage for interior finishes to follow.
