Dovetail: April Construction Update

Our team continues to make steady progress at Dovetail as we move through key stages of development. Recent completions include the installation of windows on the West building, as well as rough-in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on the East side. Balcony waterproofing has been finalized for both buildings, and electrical transformers are now in place. Additionally, metal roofing has been successfully installed on the East building.

Work is actively underway on the West’s MEP rough-ins, while insulation is being installed throughout the East. Stone façade application has also begun on the East building, marking a visible step forward in exterior finishes.
