Dovetail: March Construction Update

We’re pleased to share continued progress at Dovetail. On both the East and West buildings, roof trusses and decking have been successfully installed, followed by the completion of roof underlayment. Dumpster enclosures are now fully built out on each side, and window installation has been finalized on the East building. Additionally, the building exteriors have been fully waterproofed on both East and West, and shower waterproofing is also complete throughout.

Work remains active on several fronts. Window installation is currently underway on the West building, and MEP rough-in is progressing across both structures. Balcony waterproofing is in motion on the West side, and electrical transformers are actively being installed on both East and West.
